About the Author:


    Dr. Auerbach is the founder and president of the College of Executive Coaching (CEC). Having begun coaching in 1986, he now designs and delivers executive coaching programs internationally and serves on the Global Board of Directors of the International Coach Federation. Dr. Auerbach also served as President of the Association of Coach Training Organisations and is currently on the editorial board of Coaching: International Journal of Theory, Research and Practice. He holds a Ph.D in Psychology and is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbra, The California Graduate Institute, and Antioch University. He holds the Master Certified Coach Credential, the highest level of credential in the coaching industry.
